I am fishing for a Shibata Kotetsu 180 Bunka. If the blade suits it would be one of the daily drivers in my knife roll. Our season at the restaurant restarts in March 2022 so I would like to make a purchase way before then. If I can't find one I may go with an Ogata Bunka.
