Selling my Shibata bunka…… I’ve gotten a lot of mileage out of this knife and didn’t think it would ever leave my knife bag. I bought this along with the matching Ko Bunka though and find myself reaching for the smaller size much more so Im going to pass this one along. It’s too good not to get used!
Bought new about a year ago, used in a professional kitchen. Lost about 1/4” off the tip and sent it to Knifewear for repair and sharpening. They got it looking like new and even sharper than before the repair.
