SOLD Shig Kuro Nakiri/Vintage Scimitar

Howdy gang!

I was digging through some old stuff in storage the other day and came across these two knives that I’d completely spaced on owning. Thought I’d throw them up for grabs here and see if anyone was interested.


First up is a wounded Shig Nakiri. It’s a 165 kurouchi that I apparently somehow dinged the ‘tip’ on pretty good years back, and never bothered to fix. It also had some surface rust from being in storage for too long and there’s some very minor surface pitting as a result. Feels kind of like acid etching. Both the ding and the pitting should come out easy enough with a little work.

Next up is an old Harrington Cutlery/Dexter Scimitar. Best I can recall this is circa 1920’s or so. Runs about 29 cm and some change in length, and 4 cm at the heel. Takes a stupid keen edge pretty quick. Asking $100 shipped CONUS

Open to offers. International shipping we’ll have to talk. What with the current situation shipping international is a little pricy/hinky at times right now but if you’re willing to pony up the extra cash I’ll do my best to accommodate if at all possible.
