What can I say, it's a KU shigefusa santoku. Wonderful to sharpen, fun knife to use. Super rare black cocobolo burl handle by JoBone at sugi (rarely see cocobolo burl) with marble horn.
166mm edge length, Height is 48mm 195g
Condition: used, some scratches. Fixed a very small chip near the tip awhile back. Some spine KU has been abraded off near the tip. Sharpened twice in its life.
Has a small patina on it. I think I might have worked this one on some benchstones a bit ago, hard to remember. Should finish nicely with a kasumi though, has more of a working hairline/kasumi-ish finish atm.
Asking $450 shipped, think I'm in it around $530ish with the handle.
