Selling this Shigeki Tanaka blue 2 nashiji sujihiki, 277x39, 213 grams.
Bought from K&S, barely used LNIB. K&S does the f&f upgrade on tanakas, rounding the spine and choil. I also sprung for the double blond top-of-the-line handle. I must say, when I took the choil shot for this listing I almost balked at selling this because the choil shots of many sujis I see online make me wonder how those ones can even cut things. But it’s just not getting the use my 300mm Tou sakimaru (steak) (@GorillaGrunt) and 210mm munetoshi suji (boneless chicken) do. With the respectable blade height this could even be used as gyutohiki.
