WTT Shihan 240 AEBL Gyuto

Hi all

I bought this recently here:

SOLD - Shihan AEBL 235mm

Absolutely love this blade, but if I could change one thing, it would be the heel height.

If anybody has a 240ish Shihan AEBL Gyuto with less heel height, and you would prefer this taller one, I would be up for an even swap

Only looking to trade, not open for sale.

Sky, you should perhaps try reaching out to Shehan. I bet he'd regrind it for you to bring heel down.
