Akebono Knives & Stones Shiraki 240mm gyuto. Light prep use. Honed on strop and once on Suita. The patina is starting to build nicely. Includes a nice matching saya. This is a great mid-weight knife, just doesn't call to me like others, so I'm going to pass it along. Very nice fit and finish. The last Shiraki I own, crazy enough.
