Hi gang: I went on a bit of a knife-selling spree over the past month and something strange happened: I ended up selling all my iron-clad non-kurouchi 240mm gyutos. (I now have 4 KU gyutos).

Now I want one again.

If I had my way, I'd get a 240 Kochi migaki from JKI, but they're sold out. Alternatively, I like the looks and specs of the Migoto White 1, but they're sold out, too.

Basically, I'd like to find, used or new, a middle weight, iron clad, carbon, 240 gyuto with a migaki finish. Heel height must be > 50mm.

What's out there that fits the bill?
