Hello I have for sale one very nice Takeda 240mm AS Classic Iron Clad Gyuto to sell. It has been stropped a couple of times, but has never seen the stones. The original coating is still on the knife. This knife takes a blistering nasty edge. I am reluctantly selling. My wife recently had some medical procedures and I find myself litigating with the insurance company, didn't see this coming but who does. My knives are always the most expendable.
The knife is AS steel
Iron Clad
Blade length 255mm heel to tip
Blade Height 65mm at the heel

Picked one of these up on BST a few months back. I was a little hesitant about the cladding vs. the NAS line, but found I prefer the knife greatly to my 220mm NAS Kiritsuke. GLWS, I hope whoever buys this enjoys it as much as I enjoy mine.
