I went a bit overboard with buying new knives at the end of last year and need to reduce my collection a bit.
On offer I have a beautiful knife from Fredrik Spare! The knife came to me from Fredrik at the end of last year. Nice taper and polished heel and spine. He didn't specify the wood used for the handle, but it was the only one with a darker brown used during the finished batch. I think it is his standard handle, but it is a bit too big for my personal taste (and hand size).
Used the knife a handful of times. Only touched up on a 4k once so far. A nice patina has formed.
