Super cool knife exclusive to knives and stones and has been sold-out for ages (as far as I know). Really impressive steel that keeps an edge whilst also seemingly never chipping, making it the ultimate daily driver whilst also being nimble enough for delicate work. Am sad to see it go but I need to make (financial) room for a 240mm gyuto.

I've just had the kife painstakingly thinned by the guys at Kataba in London who have put a beautiful right hand bias grind on it. New, the knife was always a little chunky behind the edge but now it literally falls through produce. There are minor signs of wear on the handle.

Height at heel: 46mm
Heel to tip: 202mm
Weight: 185g

Am asking £200 shipped UK, international buyers add £10.

Edit: £180 ($234| €210)

I have a matching sukenari saya somewhere as well. If I find it I will throw it in for free.
