$100 Sold
2218 g
211mm x 65mm wide x 70mm tall
Feels like a cerax stone, most like the cerax 320 but finer, more toward the 1000 grit. Dishes like the 320, but a little harder. Very fun and muddy and fast and a stone I can recommend to beginners if they like this sort of thing. Very easy to see and feel the stone working, and it doesn't cut extra deep with pressure, it kinda cuts at only one speed and fineness. I define a beginner stone as one that cuts fast . . . And doesn't require extra pressure or special water management (for example, like minimal necessary). . As long as there is any quantity of water on this stone it will cut fast.
Easier stone to use over the aizu I'm selling. The disadvantage is its coarser and can leave deeper scratches on the iron.
Same finish different angles
