Hope this interests you. I am the second owner, recently purchased from One of the forum members. A cool guy. I have sharpened at Shapton 1k and 5k, since it came dullish. Anyways, I paid $500, looking to sell for $480 PayPal and ship included in the USA. Canada buyers, please DM to work something out.

Here's the updated pic. I have only used it on potatoes. I am keeping other knife over this one. Only had the knife less than a week or so.
