I’m starting to list some knives that aren’t getting enough love from my collection due to the fact that I’m moving but also got some knives, therefore some need to go.

This would be a great prep knife for someone in a professional kitchen for an onion / shallot / small prep knife. Since my wife doesn’t want this knife, I’m not gonna keep it. I got this as apart of a bundle purchase this year and the knife has never been touched by me. From previous owner, Nashiji finish was changed to a Migaki and wabi-sabi issues were fixed up too.
