Hi, just joined. I'm interested in learning about kitchen knives, and get my knife handling skills up.
Been cooking actively for over 15 years, but I still have a lot to learn, and I definitely need to expand on my knife collection.
I also have a few family knives I would like help identifying, so as soon as I am able I'm going to make a post in the historical finds section.
