Forget about the price, forget about whether they're thin enough or not. The problem with these knives is the inconsistent grinds... see for yourselves...

Don't need to laugh. Was only looking at the choil shots. Didn't see the recurves. Regardless, my experience has been pretty good with the series. Obviously much better out there, but they are revelations to people only using zwillings or wusthoff.

fair enough, just putting pics out there so people who are considering these knives at least have some pics for reference. i havent seen many that show off the grinds, only the handle and patterning usually. :)
 
What is the inconsistencies people notice from these examples? To me both are quite thick behind the edge. 24 cm is heavily righty bias and 20 cm is slightly lefty bias. 24 cm profile is not perfectly smooth, there is two angles to interrupt smooth curved profile. 20 cm is recurved.

Just asking to educate myself at knife knowledge.
