Once used Toyama 300mm sujihiki from Maksim. Lives up to the hype. Beautiful slicer with fantastic performance. $300 shipped, no trades. US only, I can't fit this in a box that would ship reasonably outside the US.

Also brand new Itinomonn 210mm stainless gyuto also from Maksim. Great looking, marble buffalo ferrule, amazing blade for the money. $140 shipped US, no trades.
