Tsunehisa question and recommendation?

Hey everyone!

So I have been trying to decide on a carbon petty and have sort of closed in on Tsunehisa. However I know they’re a brand so I’m wondering if anyone can give some info on the differences between these knives I’m considering?

I was recommended the Tsunehisa AS Migaki petty on Reddit. I like this knife, but not a huge fan of the migaki finish.

There are 2 similar knives that have KU finish. Posted below. One of the handles here looks identical to the Takamura line, could it be so? I have a Takamura santoku, and although it would match I AM planning on getting their stainless petty at some point. So if these 2 KU finished knives are the same blade, I’d rather get the Wa handle.

Any reviews or thoughts on the knives above? or any other Recs?
