I have this same knife, sweet, one of my favorites, ever!
Yeah it's a great knife haha. I'm just trying to whittle my collection down and this one spends more time in the box then on the board. Bumpity bumpity.

He has a really sweet end grain walnut board on his website with a monogram in the corner - my wife liked it too, so i ordered one in 18x14.

I had been looking for a plain maple or walnut board at least as wide as my 18x13x1.5 Williams-Sonoma board.
Most shops offer 18x12x2 as their standard size in that range (one craftsman sells you a bigger board and just trims it to size), and i didn't want to go both heavier and narrower. Magnolia already offers 18x14x1.75 as a standard size, so i figured they would be easiest to work with for that reason. I know i could have worked with a different custom maker and also gotten what i wanted, but the board in the photo just looked so crisp and dark.

Nick is very easy to work with, and based on your photos i know I'm in good hands.
