Description
This thing has been my go to for trimming chicken breasts for years, but I'm switching to a honesuki so this one needs a new home. I don't think I sharpened it more than once; the white 2 has held a nice edge for a long time. Tony LaSeur installed the handle and rounded the spine and choil. Handle is Masur birch and African blackwood.
