watanabe mizu-honyaki?

Anybody tried Watanabe's Mizu-Honyaki knives? The price seems pretty reasonable compared to most I have seen. Curious if they are done in only blue steel as the rest of the pro series gyutos or if white steel is an option?

It's blue #2 and you could email him and find out if he can do it in white.
