stir fry with brown rice.
toasted sesame seeds & home mixed blended oil (peanut, evoo, sesame), leeks, parsnip, celery, napa, yukon potato, extra firm tofu, scallion onion garlic ginger, orange zest, chili flakes, hoisin, vegetable stock packet, goose island honker's ale, corn starch slurry w/ apple juice, touch of msg.
used freshly sharpened tanaka blue damascus 210 for all prep, this is the perfect home knife!
