What's for Family Meal

Just wondering what everybody has up their sleeve for the good ol family meal when it comes to making food for the entire restaurant staff?

I've almost always used rice as a staple whenever it came to family meal, so whatever it was it had to pair with rice!

I'd like to know what other people serve in their restaurants when it comes to family meal????

For the most part it depends what we have around that's different. Because of fire codes all we can have is our pizza ovens so who ever is cooking has to get creative. For example a few months ago I had smoke some butts at home and brought the pork into work. I made a makeshift steamer and made port buns. Came out nice but not the texture I was looking for.
