Hey guys! Been browsing this forum every here and there for years, especially when I was a lowly linecook looking to purchase his first Japanese knife. Since then I've accumulated quite the kit, and worked both with co workers knives, and working with knives now (sharpening/photo) so I've got to experience quite a few makers/steels. Excited to finally be a part of the community!

Bonjour! (I dont actually speak french please don't follow up on that <3)

Currently Im using mostly myTakdea 210 Gyuto NAS and my Gihei HAP40 240Gyuto and 165 Santoku, and the trusty masakage koishi petty!

Whats in this months rotation for you?

Sounds like some pretty cool choices. Nah, I don't speak French either.
(For me it's mainly Kanehide TK gyuto and Mizuno blue-2 usuba nowadays.)
 
Welcome. We can certainly use more dishwashers :cool:
