Who is excellent sharpener in San Diego area?

A friend in San Diego just bought a really nice knife. He needs someone to sharpen it from time to time. Not interested in DIY. Recommendations? Prefer expert with natural stones.

Ooofff, natural stones -- that's mainly diy people doing that, and who have the budget and interest to try that sort of stuff. Also depends on if you mean strictly edge, or wide bevel polishing and sharpening
