Hello I have a barely used almost new Nordquist Designs MagnaCut S/Grind 240mm Gyuto for sale. Plus a little extra this time. Three strops are included in the sale. You might have seen this listed. I waited on two different parties who couldn't come up with the funds. It is with regret I am selling this, I unexpectedly find myself backwards on a few things. The knife is a real performer well balanced aggressive distal taper very kinetic. It eases thru vegetables and proteins with minimal effort very productive. If you haven't already tried MagnaCut do not deny yourself any longer. Very good edge retention and it get's crazy sharp

This time around I thought I would include three different strops. These were demo's that I had in the workshop. Basically new just handled a bit. Sizes basically 7.75'' x 3.5'' inches perfect size very portable. All hard wood kiln dried milled. Leather tanned and shaved rolled to spec.

Wish I had it in the budget currently. Been wanting magnacut and been wondering what nordquist is like for awhile. More importantly it’s worth it just for those strops, have one of your large roohide ones and it remains my favorite strop

Thanks for the positive accolades. The Nordquist well balanced very deliberate productive exceptional feedback. The MagnaCut an observation scratch resistant very resilient edge Not just the S Grind but food striction very minimal.
