WTS Mario Custom, Tojiro DP Suji, and Watanabe Deba

Unfortunately I just don't cut nearly as much as I used to and these poor ladies haven't seen the board in almost a year now. Figured it was time to pass them on to someone who will use them.

Up first is a Mario Ingoglia custom that I had made back in 2012. $365 shipped in the lower 48

Blade Length – 243mm (mirror polish)

Cutting Edge Length – 230mm

Handle Length – 117mm (Bog oak with G10 spacers)

Spine Thickness 30mm from Tip - ~1mm

Thickness ½ between spine and edge - ~2mm

Next up is a 270mm Tojiro DP Suji that I had Dave Martell thin from choil to tip. The standard DPs are a little chunky with all the cladding but this thing is super thin. Took care of wedging issues I was having when cutting big stuff like melons.

Last is a 195mm Watanabe deba in white #2. I did some mustard staining on the back of the blade, which I think looks kind of cool, but will buff right out with a little bar keepers friend if it's not to your liking.

$65 OBO, shipped in the lower 48.
