New house and no time has limited my play time, both on the internet and with my knives, so I'm thinning the herd to only the essentials. These knives were all used in a home kitchen only, so have minimal play time. I've opted not to pretty them up for sale, as I'm positive that most of you wanting them will be far better at it than I.
Price does not include shipping. Contiguous US preferred.
Up for sale are the following:
Nenox 240mm Desert Iron Wood Gyuto with saya - $450
Toyama 240mm Damascus Gyuto - $550
Shigefusa 180mm Kasumi Petty - SOLD
Gesshin Heiji 150mm Semi-Stainless Wa-Honesuki with saya - $350
Watanabe 180mm Pro Nakiri with Buffalo Horn Ferrule - $230
Shigefusa 180mm KU Santoku - $230
Gesshin Ginga 150mm White #2 Hankotsu with saya - $150
Nenox:
Has been sharpened a few times over the years, and has some blue sponge character (i.e. scratch pattern).
Toyama:
Has been sharpened once on jnats, and has had the BKF treatment to remove patina a while ago. Takes a WICKED edge.
Shigefusa 180 Petty:
Has been sharpened once on jnats. Price reflects discount received from Maksim for slight defect shown in image.
Gesshin Heiji: sharpened and prepped by Jon at JKI
Watanabe: Sharpened once on jnats. Used sparingly.
Shigefusa 180 KU Santoku: Brand new, never used
Gesshin Ginga: Used once for an extended elk processing session. Somewhere along the line I didn't wipe the blade, and the knife was cosmetically affected as seen in the pic.
Thanks for considering. Please let me know if you have any questions.
