Consolidating some knives I would be willing to trade or in a couple cases sell (as noted). Not in a big hurry to part with any of these, but always looking to try new stuff. Mostly interested in western gyutos and cleavers currently, especially Shihan, Marko, Dalman (HSS S-grind), Laseur, Kipp, Yanick, Xerxes, Kamon...

Birgersson x Dalman - 237x58, 196g - excellent cutter, great steel, cool single piece handle. Awesome knife, just lighter than I reach for. $470 trade value/sale price.

Kagekiyo ginsan SOLD (Myojin version) - 232x49.5, 171g - repost from an earlier sale thread, nice convex grind, great FnF and versatile size, saya included. Some light scuffing from storage. $290 trade value/sale price.

Kochi V2 kurouchi SOLD - 240x52, 182g - got this at a nice discount from BST, came to me a bit thick behind the edge but after some light thinning it's cutting well. So-so working kasumi. $190 trade value.

Hunter Valley Blades 52100 - 250x59, 317g - big badass heavyweight workhorse with a high-performance convex grind. Cool two-tone horn and gidgee handle. Surprisingly well balanced, which makes the weight pretty manageable. Probably will be pretty picky about what I'd let this go for. $500 trade value.

Pics below, happy to provide more detailed pics and specs on request.

Yeah man, I have a similar HVB and it’s just a fantastic blade, when I’ve thought about trading it, it’s only for some very specific knives and because I know I’d cop another one soon after lol.

You have particular sizes you're interested in?
In particular, any interest in 210's?
I generally prefer 225 and up gyutos but seem to have a glut of them at the moment, so would also consider the right 210. Probably not after anything smaller than 195 for either gyutos or cleavers.

I was on the fence about the BB/Dalman knives for a long time before I snagged one from BST recently. Now having it for month, I think I like it better than any of my other Dalman knives. Nice nimble knife with great grinds, someone will love this. GLWS
Agree. I've owned two, one from the first round and one from the second. Both are amazing and highlight the best of both makers.
