So since moving to Maine I've discovered that my favorite lobster "part" is the tomalley. Anyone else enjoy it. As an aside, the roe is quite tasty but such an odd texture for eggs. My assumption is it's firm because it gets somewhat overcooked (while the lobster isn't)?
