This baby needs no introduction. Sporting that delicious Y. Tanaka Blue #2, imo, the best size for a cleaver that doesn’t fatigue your wrist, yet still give you all the benefits of cutting with a rectangle.
Just quickly flitz’ed off the patina, I can clean it up more if ya want, just lmk. Pretty sure these won’t be made anymore.
