SOLD 250mm Hyde Sujihiki

Second knife up for grabs is a 250mm Hyde Suji I got last year as a custom. I had Henry try to imitate the “banded” finishes that were so cool (they’re still cool btw). Since this was one of his first attempts at it, the banding isn’t super pronounced or noticeable, but it’s def there on certain areas of le knoife (as you can see in the bideo). An amazing slicer and cutter, the 26c3 just comes right back after 2 pathetic swipes against a ceramic rod. The only ONLY reason I’m selling this is because I’m getting a longer one lol.
