Hi guys, here's one for your consideration.


300mm x 39mm sujihiki in SF100 stainless steel. The blade is rigid with minimal flex. The hardness is 62HRC. The spine and choil is polished, the blade is hand sanded to 500grit. I made the handle from a very nice piece of blackwood & brass.

Cutting edge length - 305mm
Overall length - 462mm
Handle length - 142mm
Weight - 216g
POB - 5mm in a front of the maker's mark.
Spine - 2.56mm / 3.33mm / 0.58mm
Edge - 1.06mm / 0.57mm / 0.14mm

Price - £225 (around 295USD) plus shipping.
