I don't know why it's outrageously expensive through Canada. But, have a look on bookdepository.com they have it for 85€ with free international shipping

Thanks for the heads up, its about 500 cad used here and $1300 for a new copy, which I obviously just laughed at.

Hardcover: 68.82 eur
Paperback: 1868.29 eur

Does paperback come with few free meal included?

I have the paperback version that is 2 books in a hard cardboard cover, I had no idea it was selling for that much!
