Best place to send for heat treatment in Canada

I'm in Ottawa and am looking to make my own knives (for self-use, not sale), but I'm in a suburban townhouse and cannot heat treat realistically, especially as I want to use AEB-L.

Anyone have any experience with good places that will do mail-in heat treatments?
