Here is another stone I want to sell.
I took quite some time deciding I would sell it because it is very nice stone and hope I won't regret : it is big, it is fast, great feedback, nice and easy finish. But it is also in a category where I have maybe 4 or 5 equivalent and I need to sell some stones to pay some other investments.
The stone is a big format : 205x77x58mm and weight is 2215 grams. It will be steady and ready to be put to big use or will last many lifetime.
It is a very nice color, mix of green, red and little of namazu. It is very clean and looks like the all height of the stone will be usable.
The grit is about 7-8k and hardness about LV3-3.5 : it is very easy to use, hard pressure won't do anything to the iron so you can really work the way you want on this stone. It will make a kasumi finish very easily, stong contrast with some details picking through the iron. Hard steel will get little hazy bright white. This stone works about the same as Shiro Suita from Maruoyama.
I am asking 750 usd for that stone (Payment with paypal good and services), Shipping not included. SPF
Be welcome if you want to see more or have more info.
Here is a video on youtube about the stone :
Here is picture. finish is straight from the stone, no oil no nothing.
