Putting up a 10.25" Turkish Twist Damascus Gyuto. I am pretty certain I will regret letting this one go but am starting to think out the collection. Looking for $2,200 shipped in the US. Below are some more details:

Blade length: 10.25 in.
Total length: 15.25 in.
Blade height (at heel): 2.20 in.
Blade thickness (near bolster): 0.11 in.
Item weight: 9.70 oz.
Blade: Hand forged Turkish Twist pattern damascus with a low temp triple quench and triple temper for high performance edge retention. (This highly detailed damascus combines 8 separate damascus bars, turned in opposing directions to complete the pattern. The Turkish Twist is one of the hardest classic damascus patterns to master.)
Bolster: 416 stainless steel
Handle: Presentation grade ebony

Sorry, I misread and thought the blade itself was stainless in the rush.
