Selling my Birgersson from his most recent drop, a 250mm western handle with full tang and some taper. Knife is maybe a month old. Used for some meal prep, but unsharpened and doesn't need it.Nicely balance, and really fun to use. In other words it performs like you'd expect from Bjorn's work - great grind, thin blade with reasonable stiffness despite the thinness of it, and really nice food release. These are really nice blades overall and really high on the performance to price ratio.

I'd be open to trades +/- for various Takada No Hamono, select Shi.Han, an old AS Takeda gyuto potentially, Kato, or Radar, and could add other knives for trade too.

Asking $625 CONUS, $650 Int'l.
