Takeda Classic AS Gyuto 240mm, iron clad. Maple handle. This is BNIB, never used. One of the final Classic AS knives produced by Takeda-san. Blade 250mm, edge 240mm, height at heel 66mm, weight 160g. $470 incl CONUS ship.
