Snagged this from a recent drop on Dalman’s site. There were a range of sizes and I was hoping for a smaller one and may have got the biggest of the batch. Used a couple times for some test cuts. Great knife, especially nice heel height, but too long for me.

For sure a beast in the kitchen! The warikoma steel is really nice as well. Feels solid while still having a little flex to it. About 15mm shorter and someone would have to had come cook dinner with me to get a turn
