Catch and release.
Lovely knife that just came in but alas it was one of those “appealing on paper but not to my taste in-use” purchases.
Used sparingly (~ 5 times or less) by the previous (original) owner and used once briefly by myself for a small onion and garlic.
There is a bit of wabi-sabi direct from Dalman with a small indent below the maker logo.
Paid $350 via F&F, asking$360 $350 $340 $320 shipped to reflect my at-cost.
