My wife and I just got an offer accepted on our dream property on 5 acres. Unfortunately it's a little bit older of a farmhouse and there's not really a good place to put any of my knives other than below the upper cabinets. Because of this I'm going to be selling off anything I have over the 240 range as there's just not room, this particular one hurts. I got it a few weeks ago. I've used it for pretty much every meal since and I love it. I think one of my favorite things is his heat treat. 52100 is a great steel but 52100 at 64 to 65 HRC holds an edge forever. It's a pretty light Lefty grind. My wife actually couldn't even tell but an absolutely gorgeous knife. Perfect on the board. Anyone would love this guy. I wish I just had the room. You'll see a few more knives coming out in the next couple weeks. Asking $

It's ok, I could use a friendly reminder. I just forgot about making lefty offerings because I get lefty customs and.....apparently that tracked for some some reason. I'm glad someone finally got to enjoy this knife and I hope someone does again soon.
