Ebay Knife ID help needed

Hi,

Was hoping someone could shed a little more light beyond what i've been able to pull from google translate. I recently bought this yanagiba on ebay mainly because I don't have one and it had a nice hamon on the back

I recognized the blue steel kanji, but not sure if 1 or 2. On the back google is translating to "Hand Made" but that is all I can get to.

Knife is in 'relatively' decent shape. Couple imperfections here and there, might have even been a second with what looks like a couple small voids along the hamon. Lot of life left in the ura down the length of the backside. The front bevel is slightly concave. Specs are 262x31, 166g and the spine is about 4mm at the heel.

It just says Hon Tanren 本鍛錬 (true forged) and blue steel 青鋼on the front

If not specifically mentioned, it's usually B2.
Overall looks like a good piece of warikomi yanagi that needs some cleanups.
