New trade considerations: EddWorks Gyutos and Magnacut Gyutos (knife +cash), Open to other trades but my desires are limited to some of the harder to come by western makers ( atm specifically interested in Dalman Western (convex), kipp Aebl, Devin Thomas small gyuto, Bidinger)

Gonna see what I can make happen here...... Apex Ultra 195 x 45 Walnut (I believe) handle. I picked this up from a random IG drop earlier this summer and I absolutely love it, not quite sure what category it fits but let's just call it a utility knife. Typical Edd Works performance, ghosts through everything with minimal maintenance required, stupid sharp. Has not been sharpened but has been used in my kitchen for the past few months. Problem is I seem to have shifted away from gyutos and picked up a handful of smaller knives, which I love but do not need so many. Trade Value $360

I know there are some here with multiple Edd Works gyutos, so Im wondering if someone here wants to do a swap + cash for this. Looking for gyutos in the 210-240 range, any steel considered
