Looking for an Alex Horn Chef or Gyuto in 220-250mm length, sanmai or monosteel preferred over damascus.

Is the Shigefusa KU wa-santoku 173/49 is new ?

First signs of me having too many knives is that I do not remember. I have bought it BNIB and probably have cut 1 carrot or similar with it. Haven't done more than that (if at all)...
