I’m looking for a takamura r2 150mm petty in relatively good condition.
I want to give a really good coworker a knife that’s less personal (and less expensive) than a gyuto and I think this is a solid starting point: problem is they’re out of stock everywhere, and he leaves in 2 weeks.
