TAKEDA IS SOLD
1. Up first is a stainless clad Takeda small gyuto (210 mm) I picked up a couple months ago from CKTG on a Takeda Tuesday. I've literally used it once, to cut half an onion, a small carrot and a stalk of celery. The size and ergonomics are just not my thing. I'm more of a classic shape.
Weight is 141g/5 oz
I paid $359 (plus tax and shipping). It is basically BNIB. Let's say$339 shipped CONUS SOLD?
2. Next is a 210 mm FRKZ ZDP-189 with custom handle (I forget what) saya I purchased here a few months ago: https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/thre ... rop.64404/. (Note: post was since updated and listing deleted). Minimal use and still pretty sharp, but could use some going over. There are some surface scratches -- please see photos
