Found this site a couple weeks ago while doing a search on kitchen knives. I was looking at what it would take to convert a Sabatier blank into a working kitchen knife. While the project looks like a lot of fun, I seem to be lacking somewhat in equipment, and knowledge. But, I am willing to learn.
Been a cooking nut since I was 11 (57 now), and have also had a lifetime fascination with knives and their construction. I like to build things.
