Clearing out some room on my gyuto shelf to help pay for some wedding costs and a new chainsaw for wood to heat the house. Free shipping in USA. International shipping paid by buyer. Please PM me with any questions or requests for additional photos. (Or if my links don't work...)
Cheers,
Todd
Hiromoto 240 Honyaki-$475
Brand new. Never used to cut anything nor did it touch stones. Couldn't bring myself to ever get over the handle, just wasn't my speed so I thought I'd preserve its virginity for someone who'd love it more. There is some light patina on the blade from when I received it, presumably because it wasn't oiled during shipment from JCK.

The 9 (Robert Trimarchi) 240mm Honyaki in W2 w/ Bog Oak and Bocote handle-$525
Recently bought this on BST. Beautiful knife and a great handle, it is just too light for my tastes these days and I've got a custom from him coming down the pipeline. It has a slight bit of flex as you go toward the tip. Honestly, if I still worked in a kitchen I think this would have made a fantastic line knife. I polished the blade a little upon receiving it to get rid of some heavy patina that was on it. I did not however fix the very small chips at the heel or tip from the previous owner as I wanted to let the next owner customize the edge to their likening.

Hazenberg 280 White #2 sumingashi gyuto w/ Desert Ironwood Handle-$775
Very minimal use for testing on onions and such. Still has Jelle's fantastic etch job on the damascus. The highly figured ironwood handle is just jaw-dropping and it has Jelle's trademark shape. Really excellent for pinch grip! Comes with very classy hand-made black leather saya. (Blade height at heel: 58mm. Weight: 8.3oz / 236g. Blade Hardness: 63-64 HRC)

Heiji 240 mm Gyuto, Iwasaki Carbon w/Burnt Chestnut Handle- $250
Another brand new, never used knife. Got a 240 and 270 to see which I preferred and always planned on moving the other one on so I never got this one into rotation.

Heiji 270 mm Gyuto, Iwasaki Carbon w/Burnt Chestnut Handle- $330
Another beautiful Heiji (neither are Gesshin by the way). Loved it, but wanted to order a custom-spec one. I won't be super upset if it doesnt sell though. Very lightly used, mostly just polished on jnats. There is some micro-chipping along the edge.
