SOLD Hand-forged carbon steel frying pan

This pan is made in Sanjo for Hatsukokoro and has an awesome rustic look with visible hammer marks. The handle is removable for in-oven cooking or to use as a serving vessel.

Perfect for a fish filet or a few eggs!

Pan is brand new, unused and unseasoned. The protective coating is still visible in photos. I purchased from Cook's Edge recently then decided I wanted a different size, so selling this "Large 24cm" version.
